| Itinerary: Work with Catholic Travel
Centre to plan
your itinerary and dates of travel. |

| 6-12 Months before departure |
Promotions: This is the main time
to promote your trip. See our guide to how
to promote your pilgrimage. CTC will
create a full color brochure and registration form.
Registrations: Registrants mail in their completed
registration forms and $300 per person registration
deposit. Catholic Travel Centre will mail each
passenger an invoice, with final payment due
60 days prior to departure.

Months before departure |
| Meetings: Host meetings locally with
your group so you can get to know each other. |

| 90-days before departure |
Registrations: By this date, you
want to have most of your group ‘sold-out.’ The
airlines will penalize $100 for any seat that is
retained and not used inside of 90-days before
departure.

| Operations & Mass Schedule: You will work
with Catholic Travel Centre in finalizing the operations
schedule for your trip, plus your group’s daily Mass
schedule. |

| 75-days before departure |
| Catholic Travel Centre will send each registrant
a reminder notice, indicating the final payment amount and
due date. |
| |
| 60-days prior to departure |
| Each person must have sent in their final
payment to Catholic Travel Centre by this date. |
| |
| 14-21 days prior to departure |
| Catholic Travel Centre will mail to each registrant
their airline ticket, travel documents (showing hotel information,
etc), plus travel wallet, luggage tags, nametag and flight
bag. |

| Day of Departure |
Catholic Travel Centre will have a representative
come to your departure airport to assist with the check-in
process.
Upon arrival at your destination, you will meet your
Catholic Travel Centre tour guide who will accompany
your group throughout your pilgrimage.
